This covers getginghamandgrain.com and its launch list. When the Gingham & Grain app launches, we'll update this policy to cover the app before it's available.

What we collect
Launch list. If you save your spot, we keep your email address, the date you signed up and the campaign tag on the link you used (for example ?from=spatula). Nothing else.
Spam protection. When you sign up, we keep a hashed (one-way scrambled) version of your IP address for 24 hours to stop spam and repeated sign-ups, then delete it. We never store the IP address itself.
Campaign tags. Tags tell us which flyer, sticker or post brought people in. They carry no personal data.
How we use it
Only to send Gingham & Grain launch news. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link, and you can ask us to delete your email at any time.
What we don't do
- We don't sell or share your email.
- We don't use cookies or tracking pixels on this site.
- We don't track you across other apps or websites.
Where it's stored
Your email is stored with Cloudflare, which hosts this site, in a database used only for this launch list.
Your choices
Email [email protected] to see, correct or delete what we hold about you. We'll reply within 30 days.
Children
This site is not meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date above. For big changes we'll email everyone on the launch list first.
